not take dietary supplements, vitamins, or medications (especially analgesics and salicylates).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid blueberries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid alcohol.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Two days before:<\/strong><br>Avoid:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>energy drinks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>fatty and spicy foods, mayonnaise, sausages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>beets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>store-bought chips and crackers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>One day before donation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avoid physical exertion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eliminate from your diet:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dairy products<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>honey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bananas, nuts, seeds, potatoes, cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Light-colored fruits (apples, pears, apricots, plums, peaches)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the night's sleep<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If possible, refrain from drinking coffee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be sure to eat breakfast: for example, porridge or pasta without oil, with tea, bread, and low-fat cookies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not smoke for 2 hours before donation <strong>\u043d\u0435 \u043c\u043e\u0436\u043d\u0430 \u043a\u0443\u0440\u0438\u0442\u0438<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid physical activity until the end of the day, especially on the arm from which blood was taken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not smoke for at least another 2 hours, and do not drink alcohol until the evening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit your consumption of strong coffee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drink more water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eat regularly, choosing healthy foods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Treat
