▫️ This day originated as a struggle for women's rights—to education, decent work, and a voice in society. Today, we talk about freedom of choice, equal opportunities, and the absence of discrimination.

👭 Women are researchers, defenders, managers, volunteers, artists, and psychologists. They develop the economy, work in critical areas, and support others, but often forget to support themselves. Psychological studies show that women are more likely to experience “impostor syndrome” and social pressure regarding their appearance, career, and family. They also experience emotional burnout because they juggle dozens of roles at once.

🫶 What can we do?
• Talk about women's contributions not only on March 8, but every day.
• Support each other and acknowledge each other's achievements.
• Defend equal opportunities in education, work, and life.

💜 This day is not only a reminder of problems but also an opportunity to change society together.
